At Digisr.com, we provide digital products such as eBooks, templates, tools, presets, and downloadable resources. Since all our products are delivered instantly after purchase, our cancellation and refund rules are designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Digital Products – No Cancellation After Purchase

Once a purchase is completed and the digital product link is delivered, orders cannot be cancelled.
Digital files are non-returnable, and access is provided instantly, so cancellation is not possible after the download link is issued.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on digital products in the following cases:

  • If the product has already been downloaded/accessed.
  • If the customer purchased the product by mistake.
  • If the customer expected something different but did not read the product description fully.
  • If the customer has compatibility or technical issues caused by their own device/software.

3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)

A refund may be issued only in the following exceptional situations:

  • Duplicate payment was made.
  • You were charged but did not receive the product link within 24 hours.
  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and our support team cannot replace it.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a file that is broken, incomplete, or not working as intended, we will provide:

Exchanges are only provided for the same product purchased.

5. No Refund on Offers, Discounts, or Bundles

Products sold during:

  • Flash sales
  • Discount offers
  • Combo/bundle deals

are not eligible for refunds.
